本文以日本推理小說《占星術殺人魔法》中的「分屍」想像為切入點，探討
其在中國當代推理敘事中的跨文化傳播與本土化改寫。一方面，指出新世紀之初
《少年包青天》對該詭計的挪用，更多是一種形式化的模仿，暴露出去歷史化和
非現實性等諸多不足；另一方面，以近年來的「新東北文藝」與「香港犯罪故
事」為例，討論「分屍」作為推理小說中的犯罪手法想像，如何從單純的類型元
素轉化為可以有效承載社會歷史創傷的敘事形式。進而試圖指出，中國當代推理
文學通過「身體-屍體」想像，在踐行類型創作與社會反思有機融合等方面，具
有著遠超過「通俗」與「娛樂」之外的巨大的文學與文化政治潛能。

This article takes the “dismembered body” plot device from the Japanese
mystery novel The Murder Case of Astrology Magic as a starting point to explore
its cross-cultural dissemination and localized adaptation in contemporary Chinese
mystery narratives. On the one hand, it points out that the appropriation of this device
in Young Justice Bao in the early 2000s was largely a superfi cial imitation, revealing
shortcomings such as dehistoricization and a lack of realism. On the other hand, using
recent examples like “Northeast Revival Art” and “Hong Kong crime stories,” it
discusses how “dismemberment,” as a criminal method and imaginative plot device
in mystery fi ction, has evolved from a mere genre trope into a narrative form capable
of eff ectively conveying socio-historical trauma. Furthermore, it seeks to demonstrate
that, through the imagination of the “body-corpse,” contemporary Chinese mystery
literature possesses significant literary and cultural potential far beyond mere
“popular” and “entertainment” value, achieving an organic integration of genre
creation and social refl ection.
